AWI operates a Producer Helpline to answer your queries relating to AWI activities and, where available, send to you any information available through AWI.
If you have a query and can't find the answer on our website, or are away from your computer and require information, just remember to call the AWI Helpline on 1800 070 099.
AWI's Helpline team understands:
- the wool supply chain;
- wool growing; and
- sheep management.
Our call operators are experienced in dealing with farming issues and have empathy with Australian woolgrowers.
Hours of operation
The telephone Helpline operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday with a 24 hour turnaround time.
